General Terms of Delivery

Once an order has been confirmed, we will take steps to keep you updated as to the expected delivery date and time. Specifically, upon dispatch of the order to your designated delivery location, we will keep you informed as to the estimated delivery time. Kindly note that our delivery partners will only wait for a maximum period of 15 minutes at a particular location before moving. Once the 15 minutes waiting time has elapsed, the delivery partner will move to the next location and a further request for delivery will attract an additional cost on your part.
